- Tofu Sandwich


Ingredients:
- Bread slices
- Tofu (sliced or mashed)
- Salt, pepper
- Mayonnaise or chutney
- Lettuce/onion
Steps:
- Lightly sauté or mash tofu with salt & pepper.
- Spread mayo/chutney on bread.
- Add tofu + veggies.
- Grill or eat fresh.

- Tofu cubes

- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Oil
Steps:
- Fry tofu separately until lightly golden.
- In another pan, sauté garlic and veggies.
